NO addresses or location details
NO phone numbers or contact info
NO specific medical conditions or treatments
NO appointment details or provider names
NO insurance information or billing details

Community Standards

General wellness discussions only - NO medical advice
Emergency situations require calling 911
Respect others' privacy and anonymity
Be respectful - no harassment, bullying, or hate speech
No spam or solicitation without written approval
Posts violating rules will be removed
Violations may result in warnings or account suspension

All clinical care occurs in Hint Patient Portal only
Community posts are NOT monitored for clinical care
Messages outside Hint are not part of your medical record
For urgent issues: call 911 or go to emergency department
Mental health crisis: call/text 988

Privacy & Enforcement

You are responsible for protecting your own privacy
This platform is not HIPAA-compliant for medical discussions
We may remove apparent PHI but cannot control screenshots
Community access may be revoked for policy violations
Report violations to dpc@coshealthcollective.com
